WHEREAS-, I, MILDRED W. YOARS, on January 29, 1968, signed,
sealed, declared, and published my Last Will and Testament in
the presence of MILDRED A. COOPER, THOMAS H. THURLOW, JR. and
THOMAS H. THURLOW, who signed the said Will and Testament as
witnesses; and -
WHEREAS, I am desirous of adding an additional bequest and
devise in the said Will, I, therefore, make and publish this
codicil to -said Will and Testament, and I also republish all the
terms of said-Will not in conflict with this codicil. -
I hereby modify and amend my said Last Will and Testament
by inserting anew clause designated Clause Five and One-half
immediately following Clause Fifth of my said Will, which shall
read as follows, to wit: "Clause Five and One-half: I hereby
give and bequeath a sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars apiece
to each of the following persons: MARGARET WIGHT WILSON, now of
Punta Gorda, Florida, if she survives me, and JULIA PLACONA, now
of Mount Kisco, New York, if she survives me."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have signed and published this codicil
to my said Will on this ~ ~ day of April, 1972.
