WHEREAS, Lake Lucie Estates, Inc. , a Florida corporation ,mortgagor ,
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 18th day of March , A. D. 1971 ,
snd recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of S t . Lucie ,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 194 ,Page 2411 ,mortgaged unto
Royal American Realty, Inc . , a F1 on der corporation and assigns,
mortgagee ,the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
One Mi 11 i on and No/100 dol 1 ars (1,000,000.00) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned:
Which said mortgage was modified by agreements recorded in Official
Records Book 231, Page 2170, and Official Records Book 290, Page
2699, Public Records of St. Luc.i~e County, Florida.
AND WHEREAS, the said Lake Lucie' Estates , Inc . ~ s
requested the said R oy a 1 American Rea 1 ty , Inc . to release the premises
hereinaNer described, being part of said mortgaged premises, From the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, Thatrhesaid Royal American Realty, Inc.
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
Ten dol 1 ars and other good and valuable considerations dollars, to it
paid by the said Lake Lucie Estates , Inc
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
daim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Lake Lucie Estates, Inc. , its SuCCeSSOrS )Ifi6lt and assigns,
all that piece, parcel or trod of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Tract A: All of Lot 1, The North 1/2 of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, and
all of Lot 7, all in Block 3, Section 19, Township 36 South, Range
41 East, as shown on Plat of St. Lucie Gardens recorded in Plat
Book 1, page 35 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Tract B: The West 74 acres of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
Lake Lucie Estates, Inc., its successors ------lleirt:and assigns Forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereoF; Provided always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or irtcum-
trance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby released
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
