ELMER E. BASS, Husband,
and
HAZEL L. BASS, Wife.
O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 12th day of January,
1979, upon the Motion for Temporary Relief filed by the-Wife,
including temporary support, temporary restraining order, temporary
right to live in the home, temporary use of the automobile, and
temporary attorney's fees, and the Court having heard the testimony
of the parties and received the exhibit in evidence and being other- -
wise fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Husband, ELMER E. BASS, be and he is hereby
restrained from molesting, bothering, harming or interfering with
the Wife in any way.
(2) That the Wife, HAZEL L. BASS, be and she is hereby
restrained from molesting, bothering, harming or interfering with
the Husband in any way.

(3) That the Sheriff of St. Lucie County of his Deputy

shall enforce this Restraining Order without further order of this

Court and is to take immediate custody of any party who violates

the terms of this Order and to bring said party before this Court-
without delay. -
(4) That the Wife shall have a temporary right to reside.
in the marital home of the parties located at 4205 South Indian
R
River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that the Husband will-move
- out of said home and remove such personal belongings as he may need
and the Wife shall have .the exclusive right to live in the marital
- home during the pending Dissolution of Marriage case, along with
her son and mother-in-law.
