Mercury automobile.
(6) The Husband shall pay the mortgage payments on the
home, the loan payments on the Wife's automobile, the electric bills,
the utilties on the home, gasoline for the Wife's automobile, medical
bills for the Wife`s continuing medical problems, and all other bills
which he has been paying in the past, and in addition the Husband
shall pay the sum of $50.00 per week to the Wife as temporary alimony.
(7) That the Husband shall pay the sum of $250.00 as temporary
attorney's fees to the law firm of Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar &McAliley
said sum to be paid within fifteen (15) days from the date of this Order.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida this ~2 day of January, 1979.
