Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforeciescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said l~clar- ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said l~c:laration of Condo- minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment tuldcr the t Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions t}lereof 'are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (k~rlers' Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiien parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations wider the said neclaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said R?rchaser assl~nes the obligations as to t11e Property Owners' Association as to his condominitun Marcel.
