Purchaser, by acceptance and ~•xecution of this Receipt, acknowlecll;es

is subject in every respect to the Ik~c•laration of Condominiun as to the condaninium
in which his tulit is located and Exhibiis attached thereto, including but not
limited to (wlletller the same are attached to t11e Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plvl of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-I.~?ws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the, Property Owner's Association; and 1'c?rchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading v1d examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, a11d acknowledges t}1at each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and mallage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all' the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforeciescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said l~clar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said l~c:laration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment tuldcr the t
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions t}lereof
'are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (k~rlers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiien parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations wider the said neclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said R?rchaser assl~nes the
obligations as to t11e Property Owners' Association as to his condominitun Marcel.
R?rchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducanents, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominitml and E.xhihits attached there- r
to, a11d the common expenses and the scans due tuldcr the Property 0?.T1er's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is 1?><-1de or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted o1• guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto. z
