is subject in every. respect to the lk•claration of CondominitDn as to the condominium
in ?Jhich his wait is located and lixhihits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration ~f referred to
therein), the ny-laws of the Association Articles of Incorlx~ratirni, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by I'~rrchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incot~x~ration, Ry-Laws and lkclaration
of Covenants arld ltCStl`LCt1onS of the,l'roperty U~n~er's Association; and I'~rrchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and trading and examination of said [kclaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and ackno?~rledges that each and
every provision of..the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and mmiage-
ment of the Condominican property and is in the best interests arrd for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all oi.~~ers of parcels in the aforedcscribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by Birch and every provision of said Ik~clar-
ati.on of Condomini~un and Exhibits attached thereto. }'urchaser hereby ratifies and
confiners and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minitan and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under thc~
Property Otivners' Association doctmrents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonahle, fair and equitable, and said Rn'chaser aclo~owledges anct confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~~nrers' Association j
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominirnn parcel hc~ing conveyed to -
Prrrchaser, as security for his obligations carder the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assrmres the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominirnn parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration oC Condominican and I:xhihits attached there-
to , and the common expenses and the scans due water the Property (~,~rer' s ~\ssc~c i a t i on f
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed {
in said Declaration of Condominium and the L'xlribits attached thereto.
