to Dismiss filed herein by the Respondent, JESSE LEWIS WYCHE,
and the Court having heard the argument of counsel, and being
fully advised in_the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss the Complaint
for Determination of Paternity and Child Support filed herein by
the Petitioner, THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE
SERVICES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, as assignee and subrogee of the
R rights of VERONICA DONALDSON, on the basis that Chapter 409,
Florida Statutes does not provide for this agency filing a
Petition for Determination of Paternity is hereby denied.
