-ADJUDCIATION OF CONTEMPT
IT appearing from the evidence before the Court that DAVID E. SWARTZ has
willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Order of this
Court entered on the 3rd day of October, 1978, and is, as of this date, January 5, 1979,
in arrears $750.00, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by-paying $300.00 of the arrears on or before
January 16, 1979 and the balance of arrears, $450.00, to be paid within two months, on
or before March 6, 1979. Respondent DAVID E. SWARTZ is to continue making regular
payments of $50.00 each and every week to the Clerk of the Court in cash, cashier's
check or money order, plus $2.00 statutory Clerk's fee, commencing Friday, January 12,
1979. If Respondent does not purge himself of this contempt as provided above, he
shall be required to appear before the Court for sentencing. .
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry

of such further orders as may be proper.
