ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT

IT appearing from the evidence before the Court that JOHN RONALD ROBBRSON has
willfully failed and refused to paq the child support as required bq the Final Judgment
of this Court entered on the 5th day of August, 1977, has been regularly employed bq
the State of Florida and is now in arrears $184.50 as of January 5, 1979, it is
ORDBRBD AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge, himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the arrearage of $184.50
within 120.days or before May 5, 1979. Regular payments of $25.00 per week are to be
made each and everq week commencing Friday, January 12, 1979, to the Clerk of the
Court in cash, cashier's check or money order and is to.include the statutory Clerk's
fee of $2.00. If Respondent JOHN RONALD ROBBRSON does not purge himself of hfs con-
tempt as provided above, by affidavit of Petitioner REBECCA IAU ROBBRSON, he shall be
required to serve sixty (60) days without further notice of this Court.
The Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida or pour duly authorized deputies are
therefore ordered to arrest the said JOHN RONALD ROBERSON and deliver him to the St.

Lucie County Jail for execution of the above described sentence if he does not purge

himself as outlined above.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry

of such further orders'as may be proper.
