AFFIDAVIT

BEFORE liE, the undersigned authority personally appeared
Edward Roux , who being first duly sworn according to
law, deposes and states the following:
Officer
1. That I am the Assistant Investment / of ~ Connecticut General
Life Insurance Company, the owner and holder of that certain
chattel mortgage dated the 18th day of March, 1965 and recorded
in Official Records Book 113, page 433, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida and that included amont my duties are the
supervision of existing mortgage accounts of the Connecticut
General Life Insurance Company and that I have personal knowledge _
of the facts herein set forth and am authorized to make this
Affidavit.
' 2. That that certain chattel mortgage dated the 18th day
of March, 1965 wherein Magner Groves, Inc., a Florida corporation,
granted to Florida National Bank at Orlando, a corporation existing
under the laws of the United States of America, a first mortgage
interest in certain personal property and chattels more partic-
ularly describes'. therein and located on real property more partic-
ularly described therein has been and was assigned to Connecticut
's
General Life Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut by that

certain Assignment dated the 5th day of October, 1965 and recorded

in Official Records Book 128, page 276, Public Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida.
3. That Connecticut General Life Insurance Company is the

} owner and holder of said Assignment and the mortgage interest created
thereby.
3 4. That there remains unpaid on said mortgage account the sum
of $625,800.00 together with interest thereon at the rate of six
per cent (6~'n) per annum on .$385,800.00, nine per cent (9p) per
ar_num on $60,000.00, and ten per cent (100) per annum on $180,000.00
