Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
A. It was stipulated and agreed that the FORTUNE
INSURANCE COMPANY policy insuring the loss in question shall be
admitted into evidence.
B. That the amount of damages will be calculated as
set forth in Paragraph 5 of the insurance policy which sets forth
the method of computation of losses as modified by other applicab
prov~,sions of the policy.
C. Tt was stipulated and agreed that the Witness
List and List of Documentary Evidence may be amended up .to five.
(5) days prior to trial.-
(2) EVIDENCE. Documentary and other evidence listed and
~ presented at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into,

evidence without objection.
(3) OTHER PROVISIONS:
A. The Plaintiff may amend its Witness List up to
~ five (5) days prior to trial to include the names of attorneys
who will testify as to reasonable attorney's fees for the

Plaintiff's attorney in prosecution of this case. The Plaintiff
_ shall permit any attorney who will testify on behalf of the
Defendant as~to reasonable attorney's fees to inspect Plaintiff's
