WARRANTY DEED
MELODY ANN MAYER, of 7113 West River Road, Vermillion,
Ohio, the Grantor, in consideration of the love and affection
which runs from a daughter to her father and mother, conveys an
undivided one-third (1/3) interest to each: ROY A. HEADING, whose
mailing address is 7113 West River Road, Vermillion, Ohio 44089;
JEAN A. HEADING, whose mailing address is 7113 West River Road,
Vermillion, Ohio 44089; and the remaining undivided one-third
(1/3) interest unto herself, MELODY ANN MAYER; all to create a
joint tenancy with right of survivorship between all parties Gran
tee, hereby on this ~ day of January, 1979, conveys to said
Grantees the above shares in the real property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 134, Section I, Outdoor Resorts of America,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16,
Page 1, and the Declaration of Condominium re-
corded in Official Records Book 186, Page 2720,
and amendments thereto in Official Records Book
192, Page 793, all in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY;
and covenants that the property is free of all encumbrances, that
lawful seisin,of and good right to convey that property is vested
