E. G. Beckman, et ux (as recorded Deed Book-139, Page 67 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida) to the East right
of way of U.S. Highway #1; thence running Southeasterly along said
right of way the distance of 175 feet to the point of beginning
of the tract herein conveyed; thence continuing Southeasterly along
said-right of way a distance of 175 feet; thence running Northeaste ly
and parallel to the said Beckman line a distance of 300 feet; thenc
running Norhtwesterly and parallel to the Easterly right of way.
