GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the 13th day of December, 1978, ~
between KIRBY UPRIGHT, as Guardian of the property of GEORGE W. ~ ~

HENSLER and MARIE A. HENSLER, his wife,. incompetents, party of the
first part; and RICHARD W. LOGAN and DOROTHY M. LOGAN, his wife,
whose mailing address is 3807 Avenue o - Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450, parties bf the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the Orders of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated
the 10th .day of January, 1979, and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and con-
firms to the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
The Easterly 1/2 of Lot 2, and all of Lots
3 and 4, and the Westerly 1/2 of Lot 5,
Block 23, SUNLAND GARDENS, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, at
page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

- TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second

part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
g things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance

} the orders of Court and the laws of the State of Florida have been
followed and complied with in all respects.
