THIS AGREEMENT between
DAVID T[ITHILL AND GALE TUTHILL, his wife
(Borrower) and
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (Lender),
W I T N E S S E T H, that
WHEREAS, Lender has heretofore made a loan to Borrower
in the principal amount of Ten-thousand-and-no/100----($10,000.00) dollars
evidenced by Borrower's Note in the amount of the loan -
dated Dec. 23, 19y7 and
WHEREAS, Borrower has requested Lender to modify certain
provisions pertaining to the aforesaid loan;:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other
good and valuable consideration, Borrower agrees with Lender as
fO11owS, to-wit• Balance of $10,000.00: Monthly payments in the amount
of $132.16 shall be due and payable on the first of each consecutive month
beginning Feb. 1, 1979; apply payment first to interest, balance to principal
until loan is paid in full.
Interest rate shall be 10$ per annum.

Borrower hereby authorizes and directs Lender to take
any action necessary to conform the original Note, security instruments
and other collateral documents to the terms as herein modified, and
by these presents accepts and confirms their liability under said
Note, security instruments and other collateral documents, with the
terms as herein modified.

Borrower further agrees that the foregoing Modificaci~n
- shall in no way affect or otherwise release any collateral hF,~,~ E~';
Lender as security to said Note; but acknowledges and agrees t}~at
r all collateral held by Lender as security-to said i+iote-shall continue
to secure the Note to the same extent and in the same manner as if
a the foregoing Modification had not been effected.
