ft., thence run west parallel with said S. right-of-way line Section 9 a
distance of 360 ft. to the Point of Beg.; From said Pt. of Beg.. continue
west, parallel to the said south line of State Rd. No. 68, 299.4 ft. to the
east right-of-way line of a 15 ft. private road, thence run south, parallel _
to E. boundary line of said Sec. 9, 460 ft., thence run east, parallel to
the south boundary line of said State Road 68, 299.4 ft., thence run north,
parallel to the E. line of said Sec. 9, to the Point of Beginning; same being
otherwise described as Lots"20, 22 and 24 of an unrecorded plat of West Fort
Pierce Estates.
Also, the west 15 feet of the E 1/2 of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, as delineated upon the plat of said
