FINAL JUDGMENT -
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 15th day of January, 1979,
i
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between STEVEN
R. SAUNDERS and CAROLINE JANE SAUNDERS be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
i
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
i -
hereto,-is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
day of January, A. D. 1979.
