FINAL JUDGMENT
OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this~~day of January
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all
evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of. this suit; that the relation of
Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SAt7DRA
HELENE DRY and DAVID CLARENCE DRY be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them is hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2 . SEPARATIOP~ AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT . The ~

~ Separation and Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
a
proper.
