I, HENRY D. LEDERMAN, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida ~
being of sound and disposing mind and memory and mindful of
the uncertainty of life and intending to dispose of all my
property wherever situated upon my death, do hereby make,
publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all former Wills and Codicils here-
tofore made by me.

ARTICLE I
I direct my personal representative hereinafter
named to pay my just debts and any and all expenses for or
on account of my last illness and my -funeral charges, as soon
as may be convenient after my demise.

All of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal, or mixed property, and wheresoever the

! same may be situate, of which I may die, cease or possess, or

to which I may be entitled at the time of my death or there- ,
after, I give, devise and bequeath unto my brother, MORTON
~ LEDERMAN, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and unto my sister,

HELEN DUFFY of Parsippany, N~wr~~k in equal shares, share and
share alike, after absolutely and in fee simple.
ARTICLE III
I nominate, constitute, and appoint my brother, MORTON
LEDERMAN, personal representative of this my Last Will and

Testament, with full power and authority to sell, mortgage, lease,
convey, or otherwise dispose of any property, real, personal, or
mixed, publicly or privately,, for cash or on time, upon such
terms and conditions as to him shall seem best, without an order
of court, and, without liability on the part of the purchaser to

see to the application of the purchase money, if any. My personal
