representative shall likewise have authority to make and effect
distribution in cash or in kind, or partly in cash or in kind, not
necessarily ratably but on the basis of equal value according to
his own judgment. In the event that my said brother shall pre-
decease me or be unable or unwilling to act as my personal repre-
sentative, I nominate, constitute, and appoint my sister, HELEN
DUFFY, to act as successor personal representative in his place
instead with the same power and authority as described heretofore.
ARTICLE IV
I direct that my personal representative or successor
personal representative shall not be required to furnish bond, and
that if notwithstanding this request, any bond is required in any
jurisdiction, no sureties be required thereon.
