The petitioner, LUCILE MUEHLING, alleges-:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate -
as sister of the decedent. Petitioner's name and address
are LUCILE MUEHLING, 4008 North Milton Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney
are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, MARION I. FOWLER, whose last known
address was 4008 North Milton Road, Fort Pierce, Florida,
whose age was 69, and whose social security number is 450-32-
3579, died on January 2, 1979, at Lawnwood Medical Center,
Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
