PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE
The Petitioner, JOHN E. FAULKNER, alleges: '
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as a son and the first alternate personal representative '
named in decedent's Will which has heretofore been admitted
to record in this court;
2. That Edwin M. Faulkner, the duly qualified and
acting personal representative of this estate died at Fort
Pierce, Florida, on October 26, 1978 and a copy of his death }
certificate is attached as Exhibit A;

3. That your Petitioner is qualified under the laws
of Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's
estate and is entitled to preference in appointment as the
named sucessor personal representative under CLAUSE "LASTLY"

on page 4 of decedent's Last Will.
Petitioner requests that he be appointed successor
