MARGARET ROMANELLO, Deceaa~ed. .
. PETITION FOR DISCHARGF.
The undersigned, as Co-Personal Representatives of the
above estate, allege:
1. The decedent, MARGARET ROMANELLO, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida,• died on September 28, 1975, and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioners on November 5, 1975.
2. Petitioners herewith filed a final accounting containing
a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the commence-
ment of administration, or since the date of the last accounting filed
herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons, other
than Petitioners, waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate by mak-
ing payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment
of all taxes and expenses of administration.

4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to
the Personal Representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or
other agents, employed by the Personal Representatives are set forth

~ in prior accounts filed in this cause, pursuant to consent of inter-
i
ested parties.
5. Petitioners have filed all required estate tax returns.,

with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
~ of the STate of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court evi-
~ dence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both feder-
al and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioners have made or propose to make distribution of
the assets of this Estate as set forth in the Schedule of Distribution
attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
