is subject in every respect to the Ik~e•laration of Co;ulominitan as to the conchminiuun
in which his iu~it is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the sync are attached to thc~Ueclaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Inrorlxrration, the R?tles and
Regulations, copy of pmjected operating budget, copy oC sales brochure and floor
plate of apartment purchased by Rtrclaser, and all M?cncLnents to the aforesaid l~e-
claration and l:xhihits and the,Q~ticlcs of Incorparation, By-Laws and t)cclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions Qfrthe,l'roperty 0?,~~er's Association; and 1'ttrchaser _
further acknowledges receipt of~and :ending and examination of said Ueclaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and ;
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit. of =
all the owners therein. Rtrchaser and all o~.•ners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms :uxi approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Coiido-
minium and Exhibits attached. thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
. Property Oti.•ners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acioiowleclges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tl~e Property (~aners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiian parcel being conveyed to
Rtrchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Own°rs' Association and said Rrrchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condomini~un Parcel.
Rtrchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Il~eclaration of Condominitnn and lixhihiis attached there-
to, and the common expenses ant the scans due wider the Property O+aier's Association
and other charges arc estimated only. No warratlty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guar-tnteed
in said Ueclaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
