1'urcliaser, by acceptance and c~~ecution of this Receipt, acknowledp;c•s

is subject in every respect to the lkc•laration of l:ondominiun as to the condominium
in which his ~uiit is located and Exhihiis attached thereto, incl~nling but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the R~rles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by~R~rchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid 11e-
claration and Exhibits v?d the Articles of lncoi~~oration, I3y-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'roperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser ~
further acknowledges receipt of and reading vid examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclQiowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation arld manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in tl?e best interests and for t!?e benefit of
-all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by eacl? and every pr~ision of said Declar- ~
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rirchaser hereby ratifies and
conf-iYms and approves all of the terns and provisions of said lxclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that tl?e assessment under tl?e
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association, ~
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiumm parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security fir his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of ti?e Property Owners' Association and said Rrrchaser assumes tl?e
obligations as to tl?e Property Owners' Association as to his condominiuun parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are '
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiwn and Exhihits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and -the scans due tuider the Property 0~+ner's Association
and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Ueclaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
