Rex L. Gardner and Lola I. Gardner, his wife -
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 13th day of Hlarch, A.D. 19 73 ,and recorded _
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in0. R. Book 211 Page 2735 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAI
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,

AND WHEREAS the said
Rex L. Gardner and Lola I. Gardner, his .wife
requested the said FIRST FEDERAI SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mort-
gage: .
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable con-
sideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
Rex L. Gardner and Iola I. Gardner, his wife
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, relase, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Ilex L. Gardner and Lola I. Gardner, his wife
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgage, to-wit:

parallel to said North line 111.00 feet; thence turn and run forth
412.65 feet to the point of beginning; said land lying and being in
Section 10, Townshi~~ 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, I~lorida,=
SUEJECT to right of way for roads, canals and easements for publicttili-
ties and subject to taxes for the years 1964. ?
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
Rex L. Gardner and Lola I, .Gardner, h$ wife
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged
premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
