is subject in every respect to the Ik•c~laration of Condominirtan as to the condc?minit,an
in which his writ is located and Cxhihits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Inror7~oration, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected oherrting biul};et, copy oC sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Arnendnrents to the aforesaid l~e-
claration and l:xhihits and the Articles of Incor~~oration, By-L~rws and Dkclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'roperty O~,~rer's Association; and I'~rrchaser
further .acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said I>cclaration, its
Exhibits, and budbet, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and .
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and mvrage-
ment of the Condominitan property and is in the best interests auul for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all o~~~ers of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision oC said l~eclar- '
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. i'~rrchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said I)eclarati~n of Condo-
mini~mr and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment antler the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Ieclaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (a~rrere' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiimr parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations wider the said h~eclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association anti said 1'rrrchaser a~srmres the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominitun parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representatinns and inducements, if :rny, arc ,
as contained in the aforesaid Ieclaration of Candominirnn and lixhihits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums clue under the Property (hti~rer's ,\ssociation
.and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made ~r intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guarwrteed
in said Declaration of Condominium acid the Exhibits attached thereto.
