AFFIDAVIT

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared GERALD WEATHERINGTON, who, upon first being duly sworn by
me, deposed and said:
1. That I am a certified Land Surveyor under the laws of
the State of Florida and my certificate number is 1859.
2. That I have been actively engaged in the profession of
Land Surveying in Saint Lucie County, Florida, for fifteen (15) years.
3. That the legal description of:
Lot 1, Canning Company's Subdivision
is a good and sufficient legal description to describe
Lot 1, Canning Company's Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 190 of the
Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
4. That said real property is physically situated at the
Northwest corner of Delaware Avenue and South Seventh Street in the

Eity of Fort Pierce.

5. That- there is only one Canning Company's Subdivision
recorded in the Public Records.of Saint Lucie County, Florida, and

t it is recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 190 of the Public Records of

~ Saint Lucie County, Florida.
6. That there are two (2) other subdivisions in Saint Lucie
County which make reference to Canning Company's subdivisions but that,

both of these are re-subdivisions of Lots of Canning Company's subdivi-
sion and are known as follows:
SADIE WHEELER'S SUBDIVISION, a subdivision
of Lots 9 and 10 of Canning Company's Sub-
division as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page
35 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie
County, Florida
and
A SUBDIVISION OF LOT 2 of CANNING COMPANY'S
