The instrument presented to this court as the last will
of ANN M. HOFFMAN, deceased having been established by the
Surrogates' Court of the County of New York, State of New York
at No. 3860-1965, as being the last will of the decedent, and
no objection having been made to its probate, and the Court
finding that the decedent died on June 3, 1965, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date~October 20, 1962 and
attested by Mildred C. Dobbins and James P. Regan as subscribin
and attesting witnesses is admitted to probate according to
law, as and for the last will of the decedent.
