FINAL JUDGMENT
This action came on to be heard on the Plaintiff's motion
for final judgment after a default judgment had been duly enter-
ed by the Clerk. On the evidence presented in the affidavit of
.the Plaintiff.
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
1. The title of the Plaintiff, OMEGA RYALS, to the following-
described parcel of real property in Saint Lucie County, Florida:
The West 180 Feet of the East 540 Feet of the North ~ of
Lots 2, Block 4 of Saint Lucie Gardena as recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 35, Saint Lucie County, Florida, Public
Records.
f is a good title against the claims of purported claims of the
~ °Defendants, to-wit: The Estate of Callie Sawyer and her heir
.LENT RIGGINS, and all other persons or parties claiming by, through,
under or against them, whether said be dead or alive, and if dead
their unknown spouse, heirs devises, grantees and creditors and all
other parties claiming by, through, under or against them;
all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest
J in said property; and of all persons claiming by, through or
.under defendants since the filing of this cause of action; and
those claims or purported claims are cancelled and the title to
the property is forever quieted in the Plaintiff.
