sistencies in the interpretation of application of any of the
terms, conditions or provisions of this Mortgage pertaining to
the payment for and securing of partial releases of tracts from
the lien of thi$ Mortgage, by the "Borrower" or its successors,
assigns or grantees, shall at all times be construed and applied
so as to comply with and be considered as adequate release pro-
visions in accordance with the provisions and requirements of
Section 188.-7.01, Rules of the Florida Land Sales Board, as
they relate to land sales and adequate release clauses required
to be contained in mortgages encumbering subdivided lands.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the "Borrower"-Mortgagor has hereunto
caused this instrument to be executed the day and year first
