Mortgagee shall, as a matter of strict right and regardless of the value of the mortgage security for the amounts due hereunder
or secured hereby. or of the solvency of any party boupd for the payment of ouch indebtedness, have the right to the appointment
on ex parts application, and without notice to anyone. by any Court having jurisdiction. of a receiver to take charge of, manage.
preserve. protect and operate said property. to collect the rents. issues. profits and income thereof, to sell and deliver all crops
and produce growing or grown and produced on said premises. to fertilise and care for any groves on sNd land. to make all
necessary and needed repairs, and to pay all taxes and assessments against Bald property and insurance premiums for insurance
thereon and after the payment of the expenses of the receivership and management of the property to apply the net proceeds in
reduction of the tndebtedness hereby secured or u such manner as We Court shall direct. $uch receivership shall. at the option
of Mortgagee, continue until Lull payment of all sums hereby secured, or unW title to said property shall have passed by sale
under this mortgage.
It i9 covenanted and agreed that the terms "Mortgagor" and "Mortgagee" for convenience herein employed. and any
pronouns used in connection therewith. shall be construed to include the plural as well as the eingular number, and the masculine.
feminine and neuter gender. whenever and wherever the context so admits or requires; and that all eovenanta and obligations of
the respective parties hereto shall extend to and be obligatory upon theU heirs, legal npreaentativea, successors and assigns.
