is subject in every respect to the 1)ecl<iration of Condominium as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-la~.~s of t}ie Association Articles of Incorporation, the R~rles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Uc~-
claration and lxhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,Property Owner's Association; and }'urchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading acid examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation grid manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and foi- the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in t}~e aforeclescribed .
Condominium covenant au~d agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attac}~ed thereto. Rrrc}laser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of t}~e terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Fxhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment cuxler the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and tl~e provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and. Restrictions of the Property Otaners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiten parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rrrchaser ass~m?es the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiion parcel.
Rrrchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if viy, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Cxhihits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the scans due tinder the Property 0?aner's Association
and of}rer-charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor nay one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attac}red thereto.
