is subject in every respect to the Ik~c•laration of Condominium as to the concl~minium
in which his tuiit is located and Iixhihits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Inr.oi-lx?ration, the Riles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, cop}~ of sales brochure and floor i
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all M?endments to the aforesaid De-
claration and I:xhihits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-I~?ws and Ieclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the, Property Oa~~er's Association; and Purchaser
further aclviowledges receipt of and reading a?xl examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominiuun property and is in the best interests auul for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all o~.ners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said hcclar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rn•chaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the teams-and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment antler thr
Property O~.~iers' Association doctunents referred to above and the pmvisions thereof
are resonahle, fair and equitable, and said I'c?rchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Coven~?nts and Restrictions of the Rroperty (~rners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien ulx~n the Condomi.ni~m? parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations wider the said Ieclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property 0?,mers' Association and said R?rchaser ass?m?es the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condomini~m? parcel.
R?rchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if :u?y, are
as contained in the aforesaid Ikclaration of Conclominicnn ;?nd I':xhihits att;?rhed there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due water the Property (htii?ei•' s Assoc i at ion
and other charges arc estimated only. IVo warra?rty or guaranty is made or intended
nor ?nay? one be relied except where the .same is specifically warranted or guar~niteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and tl?e Exhibits attached tl?ereto.
