E THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of
January, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration
j to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has

!jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
i
!parties; and that the marrige between the parties is irre-
ktrievably broken and should .be dissolved.- It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
ARNOLD DAVID BROOKS and CONNIE LOUISE BROOKS be and the same
its hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are

;hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
g existing between them and from the obligations arising there-

2. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and
