1. THAT Affiant did convey title to, the following described •

of Beginning. Thence continue West 100 feet; thence North

South 150 feet to Point of Beginning. '
2. THAT Affiant was married to CHARLES O'RIORDAN
on the 15th day of Ma A.D. 19~y and
remained continuous y married from that date up to and including
August 16 19 62 the date of death of said
CHARLES O'RIORDAN

St. Lucie County, Florida
4. THAT there are no outstanding Federal or State Taxes on
said estate of decedant.
5. THAT a certified copy of the death certificate was
