Comes now MYRTLE ANN CHARLES, Personal Representative
of the above estate, and petitions the court fcsr an Order of
• Distribution as to the following described property:
An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to
the following described property:
The North 380 feet of the Northeast ~ of the
Southwest lying West of U.S. Highway No. 1,
less the West 285 feet, lying and being in
Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40'East, .
St. Lucie County, Florida.
This distribution would dispose of the real property in
the estate, but the Personal Representative and heirs understand
and agree that they would be personally responsible for additional
estate taxes, if any, assessed against this estate.
