- ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION
. THIS MATTER coming on to be heard before me upon the
Petition for Distribution filed herein, and the court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the asset of-this estate, being real property
described as follows:
An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to
the following described property:- -
The North 380 feet of the Northeast ~ of the
Southwest lying West of U.S. Highway No. 1, r
less the West 285 feet, lying and being in
Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
shall be distributed to the heirs of the estate as set out in the
Last Will and Testament of decedent.
2. That this estate shall remain open until the filing
'f of the estate tax release or closing letter, and pursuant to the

Petition for Distribution, the Personal Representative and the
heirs remain subject to the Orders hereto and personally liable

therefor.
