I, RUBY A. ANDERSON, of the City of Rockford,
County of Winnebago, and State of Illinois, being of sound 4
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make,
publish and declare this instrument as and for my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wi11s and Codicils
heretofore by me made.
FIRST. I direct my Executor, hereinafter named,
to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my death as may be convenient.

SECOND. All of the rest, residue and remainder

of my property, of every kind and character, and wheresoever ~i
situated, I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my children,

LEONARD FRANZEN and DORIS E. JOHNSON, share and share alike.
In the event either of my children shall predecease me, that
w~~ child's share shall descend to his or her descendants, per
stirpes.
THIRD. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my daughter, DORIS E. JOHNSON, Executor of this, my Last 1Vi11
and Testament, and if for any reason she fails to qualify as
such Executor, or, if having qualified, she fails to complete
her Executorship, then and in either event, I hereby nominate
and appoint my son, LEONARD FRANZEN, Executor or Successor
Executor, as the case may be, and I direct that neither my
Executor nor Successor Executor shall be required to .furnish
~ surety on her or his Executor's Rond. I hereby fully authorize
