and empower my Executor to sell and convey any part or
portion of my estate, upon such terms as my said Executor `
shall in her or his sole discretion deem proper, and to
execute and deliver all contracts, deeds and other instru-
ments in writing, required to be executed and delivered in
the consummation of said power, without the-necessity of
resorting to any Court for authority to do so.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my
hand and seal at Rockford, Illinois, this 18th day of
September, 1969.
