ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE
The instrument presented to this Court as the last Will of
RUBY A. ANDERSON, deceased, having been established by the testimony
of EDWARD J. ENICHEN, a subscribing and attesting witness, as being
the last Will of the decedent; and no objection having been made to
its probate; and the Court finding that the decedent died on May 12,
1971, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Will bearing date September 18,
1969, and attested by EDWARD J. ENICHEN, EDNA M. LONG and BARBARA C.
SHEA as subscribing and attesting witnesses, is admitted to probate
according to law, as and for the last Will of the decedent.
DONE AND~ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
