ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the Petition of DORIS E. JOHNSON and LEONARD C. FRANZEN
for Summary Administration of the Estate of RUBY A. ANDERSON,
deceased, the Court finding that the decedent died on the 12th day
of May, 1971; that all interested persons have ,joined in the
Petition; that the material allegations of the Petition are true;
and that an Order of Summary Administration should be entered; it
is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution
of the assets of the decedent as follows:
DORIS E. JOHNSON An undivided one-half (1/2)
3527 Cross Street interest in the following
Rockford, Illinois 61108 described real property;
LEONARD C. FRANZEN An undivided one-half (1/2)
7801 North Rockton Avenue interest in the following
Rockford, Illinois 61103 described real property:

Lot 8, Block 137, LAKEWOOD PARK UNIT 11, according to the
~ Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11,-page 32, of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;

and
~ Lot 30, Block 143, LAKEWOOD PARK UNIT 11~, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 32, of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of
the decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled
to receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce
the right. And it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that debtors of the decedent, those
holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities
