O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 16th day of January,
1979, upon the Amended Petition of CAROLS NEWTON, for temporary child
custody and a restraining order, pendente lite, ex parte, and the
Court having considered the verified Petition and having taken
testimony of CAROLS NEWTON, and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1.~ That the temporary sole and exclusive custody of the

minor children, SHANE HOLLIS SHAFFER and CHARLES DALE SHAFFER, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to CAROLS NEWTON.

2. That CHARLES H. SHAFFER, be, and is hereby ordered
enjoined and restrained from molesting, harassing, assaulting, in-
timidatir_g, threatening, injuring or otherwise annoying CAROLS NEWTON

and the minor children, SHANE HOLLIS SHAFFER and C~iARLES DALE SHAFFER,
and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County and any of his authorized
deputies, be, and is hereby ordered to enforce this restraining
Order without further Order of this Court.
3. That this Order shall be served upon CHARLES H. SHAFFER,
by Sheriff's Service.
