in Plat Book 6, Page 40 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared SHARON C. DOBSON who upon first being duly sworn did
depose and say: '
1. That she is one of the grantors named in that certain
Warranty Deed of conveyance dated February 25, 1976, recorded
in O.R. Book 249 page 762 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. That the grantees named in the aforesaid named Warranty
Deed, EILEEN M. CANNON and RUTH M. NIEMANN, are the mother and
grandmother respectively of this Affiant.
3. That on February 25, 1976,-said grantees, EILEEN M.
CANNON and RUTH M: NIEMANN were unremarried widows and they
r e m a i n unremarried widou?~ as of the date of this Affidavit .
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
