O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on by Stipulation of the parties and
the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the
Petitioner for the benefit of SHEILA A. GIBBON, born 3/11/66;
PRIMUS A. GIBBON, born 1/29/70; and TERRY A. GIBBON., born 2/25/72;
minor children, temporary support in the sum of $25.00 per week,
plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving
and disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin on
the ~-day of January, 1979, and thereafter on
of each and every week for a period of six months. Said p yments
shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money to
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O.
Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit
the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Wine-
wood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal to the
State of Pennsylvania as long as the case is certified as a Title
i
~ IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Department of
Health & Rehabilitative Services .that the case is no longer a IV-D
case, he will then forward all support to: Non-Support Department,
Dauphin County Court House, P. O. Box 67, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
17108.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be scheduled
for review in six months to re-examine Respondent's disability status
and if working, determine at that time whether there is an increased.
-ability to pay child support payments.
