ST. LUCIE COUNTY.
0. C. PETERSON, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That he is one of the grantors in that certain deed dated
January 31, 1977 from 0. C. Peterson and Olive D. Peterson, his
wife, Flem C. Dame, Jr. and Catharine D. Cadenhead, grantors, to
SHELDON JAMES COX and CAROL R. COX, his wife, grantees, conveying
the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-
wit.
Lot 3 of Block 4 (except the West S feet)
of DARK HAMMOCK SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 14, at page 13 of
the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
That the aforesaid deed was recorded in 0. R. Book 268, page 218
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant states that at the time of the conveyance on January
31, 1977 said property was vacant, unimproved land, and had never
been the homestead property of any one of the grantors.
Affiant sayeth nothing further.
