O R D E R
This cause coming on before the Court on the petitoner's
Notice for Temporary Relief and it appearing to the Court from
the testimony that this cause was filed as a Petition for Separate
Maintenance, praying for custody of the minor children to the Wife
and it being evident from the testimony that the minor children
of the parties, before the Court, were in the custody of the
Wife, and that the Husband with force and violence appeared at
the residence and removed the children from the custody of the

Wife physically and with violence and the children are reported

to be in the custody of the Husband at Rock Hill, South Carolina,
residing with the respondent's sister-and that there is in progress
i
a warrant for the arrest of the respondent for kidnapping the
said children from the jurisdiction of the Court and the Court
being fully advised therein, thereupon it is hereby
~ C ONSIDERED, OFcDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That in the event the children are returned to
the State of Florida, said children shall be delivered to the
mother pending further Order of the Court.
2. That the Court retains jurisdiction of this cause
~ for such other and further matters as may come before it.
DONE ANDORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida, this
