ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court upon the Wife's Petition for Temporary Relief, and both parties having appeared in person in open Court and having been represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the Wife is hereby awarded temporary possession of the marital home located at 453 Seabreeze Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida, together with the furnishings and furniture located therein; and that the Husband is hereby directed to make the mortgage. payments thereon as they become due. 2. That the Wife is hereby awarded temporary possession of the 1979 Lincoln Continental Mark V automobile; and that E 1 the .Husband is hereby directed to make the loan payment thereon as it becomes due. . 3. That beginning on the day of 1979, 3 s the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of One Hundred Fifty and f 00/100ths ($150.00) Dollars each and every week as temporary a alimony. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, k - money order or cashier's check.
