effect.
4. That each of the parties is hereby restrained from
bothering, annoying, molesting, harrassing or in any way
interfering with the other.
5. That the Husband is granted the sole temporary
possession and right to operate the businesses known as
The Furniture Barn, Inc. and Thomas Furniture Company, Inc.,
and that the Wife shall remain away from the business
premises during the pendency of this Temporary Order.
It is further •
ORDERED that all transaction by The Furniture Barn, Inc.
and Thomas Furniture Company, Inc. shall be recorded and no
sales or payments of any expenses shall be by cash except
where a verified receipt is obtained listing the name-and
address and signed by the person either making the payment
to the businesses or receiving payment therefrom. No checks
drawn on the accounts of either business shall be made to
cash and all payments made by check shall reflect thereon the
purpose for which the payment was made.
It is further ORDERED that ALL AND SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS
OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA enforce the provisions of this Order
