LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA I CASE NO. 78-480-FR # 4 IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF ~ i' DALE EDWARD KING, I Husband, ' " and ~ i MARIA CRISTINA KING, Wife. 1 I . 4 O R D E R THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before this Court j on the Wife's motion to have the Husband held in contempt of Court and the Court having heard the arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: 1. That the Husband has been willfully withholding the support from the minor children of the parties. ' 2. That a question has arisen as to whether unpaid - amounts of child support which were due as a result of the temporary order in this cause are still owed by the Husband ; to the 'Rife or whether the•entry of the Final Judgment had 4 ~ the effect of abolishing these arrearages and counsel for f the parties are requested to submit written memorandums of law along with affidavits of the alleged arrearages and the Court will rule on this matter at a later date. E~IHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Husband is ordered to continue making child support payments 7 a as set forth in the Court's final order date September 7, 1978 and in addition is ordered to pay the amount of $15.00 per week on the arrearages in the child support, said arrearages ,,t being in the amount of $577.00.
